Program length- 12 weeks
 
Split- 4 days / week + 2 optional conditioning days (1 general conditioning and 1 rucking)
Operating in 3 blocks of 4 week waves of varied intensity allowing for continuous progress the whole way.
Equipment- Normal commercial gym set up is plenty. Designed to be completed on deployment or any base gym.
