Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders will be processed in 5-7 Business Days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If Down Range Strength is experiencing a high volume of orders you may expect some delays.  

Some Items are Pre-Sale: (it will be in the details of the items)

Take about 30 days once item is first launched; then items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock

If you order has a pre-sale or out of stock item your whole order will be shipped once all items are in stock

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping for Orders $100+

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

Shipping Delays & Damages

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal service

Down Range Strength is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please take pictures and save all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

Local Delivery

If you are in the Clovis, NM area we do offer pick up. Please email us before placing your order and we can address the details for pick up.
